Reservation and cancellation conditions

Booking conditions

· The customer must pay 100% of the reservation.

· To ensure the greatest peace of mind and comfort during your reservation, pets or guests under 16 years of age are not allowed.

· The customer agrees to leave the accommodation in perfect condition; if any type of damage occurs, the customer will be responsible for it.

· Smoking or using candles or incandescent objects is not allowed.

· The establishment reserves the right to cancel your reservation due to weather conditions or any cause that may affect the safety of the customer.

The customer can choose between refunding the amount of the reservation or exchanging it for another day.

Cancellation conditions

NON-REFUNDABLE FEE

· If the reservation is cancelled more than 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded.

· If the reservation is cancelled less than 15 days before the arrival date, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded.

· Reservations can be changed if communicated at least 20 days in advance of arrival.

REFUNDABLE FEE (WITH CANCELLATION INSURANCE +30€)

· The amount will be refunded entirely from the reservation, minus the cost of cancellation insurance (30€), Or the date of the reservation can be modified, provided that you inform us at least 72 hours in advance.

· In the event that the cancellation is made with less than 72 hours before the arrival date, the amount of the reservation will not be refunded.
